A small self-portrait that is more complex that at first appears. The base is muslin.The thread is black and pink.  There is a pale, beige net applique for the skin tone and the whole piece is stitched trapunto, which means that there is a lofty fill behind the stitches that adds real three dimensionality to the piece.
